It feels like home.

How blessed we were to be housed and hosted by our aunt and uncle for the past several months. We are now at an in-between place, subletting from a friend while he travels the world. We live in Carbondale – the quirkiest little mountain town you’ll ever visit. We can walk to anything we need in 10 minutes or less.

Home. It’s important to have one. To have a space. A door to invite people through. Katie and I have our own door now, and it’s open wide and open often. Welcome to our little apartment. Welcome to Carbondale.

1 friend + 2 sistas = 3 on a couch

The apartment came with weaponry. Just in case of burglars.
